Cancelation Policy

As a percentage of total booking cancelled days before arrival: 10% non- refundable, 20% more than 60 days, 50% 30 - 60 days, 100% less than 30 days. If there is a National Kenyan or County mandated Lockdown at the time of travel, we will reimburse you 90% of your deposit / payment made. This is the only circumstance in which Covid 19 effects your booking. Any other situation will see the Cancellation policy above in application.
