Minimum stay of 3 nights all year round (NB. Peak Season minimum 7 nights)
*In case you are looking for a smaller alternative we offer a cozy and comfortable one-room option within our private house. Whether you're a solo traveler, a couple seeking a romantic retreat, or a small group of friends, our single-room accommodation is designed to meet your needs. Offer not available during peak season.
Standard Rates (per night):
Rate for the whole house (up to 7 persons): $300 USD | KES 30,000
*Rate for one room option (up to 2 persons): $170 | KES 17,500
For each extra guest (8 or more): $30 USD | KES 3,000
Applicable in Late January, February, April, Jul, Aug, October, Early December
Peak Season Rates (per night):
Rate for whole house (up to 7 persons): $375 USD | KES 37,500
For each extra guest (8 or more): $38 USD | KES 3,800
Peak Season: From December 16, 2023, to January 16, 2024

Low Season Rates (per night):
Rate for the whole house (Up to 7 persons): $250 USD | KES 25,000
*Rate for one room option (up to 2 persons): $150 USD | KES 15,000
For each extra guest (8 or more): $25 USD | KES 2,500
Low Season: March, May, June, September, November

Deposits and Cancellation Policy
At Ras Kikadini Beach House, we are heavily affected by cancellations and we ask you to bear this in mind when making a reservation. Please review our terms below:
50% payment of your total stay is required to make a reservation and secure your dates.
More than 60 Days: Cancellations made more than 60 days before the scheduled arrival date will incur a cancellation fee of 10% of the total booking amount.
30 - 60 Days: Cancellations made between 30 and 60 days before the scheduled arrival date will incur a cancellation fee of 25% of the total booking amount.
Less than 30 Days: Cancellations made less than 30 days before the scheduled arrival date will result in a 50% cancellation fee.
NB. Our cancellation policy applies in all situations, including unforeseen circumstances.
In the event of a cancellation, the applicable cancellation fee will be deducted from the total booking amount.
We recommend considering travel insurance to protect your investment and provide peace of mind in case unexpected changes to your plans occur.
